FOSTER carers who will take in both a child and the parent are needed in Worcestershire.
The appeal has been made as there is a shortage in the county for this kind of home.
Foster Care Associates Midland needs foster carers to take over when there is cause for concern about a parent's ability to carry out parenting tasks safely and effectively.
"This unique placement enables a family to remain together while an assessment is made of their individual situation," said parent-and-child co-ordinator Jan Burley.
"Each parent is provided with a supportive and nurturing learning environment so that they can continually develop their parenting and life skills, giving them the opportunity to keep their family together," said Ms Burley.
