POLICE are investigating after a man was left with "a serious facial injury" following an attack in Kidderminster.
The victim, who a police spokeswoman said was in his early 30s, was attacked with a "bladed instrument" after becoming involved in a heated row with two men outside a Chinese takeaway.
He was released from Worcestershire Royal Hospital after being treated for a severe injury.
The dispute started outside the takeaway in Avon Road before the three men, still arguing, walked to the junction of Jubilee Drive and Goldthorne Road where the attack happened at 12.45am on Tuesday.
The two men were white and in their early 20s. Anyone with information should call Kidderminster Police on 01562 820888.
