A BALDING, beer-bellied flasher exposed himself to two teenage girls after following them around Kiddermin-ster town centre.
The man struck as the girls stood outside the TJ Hughes store in the Bull Ring last Wednesday at about 5.40pm.
He then walked in the direction of the Etam store in High Street.
He is described as white, 5ft 6in, and aged between 45 and 50.
He was balding with grey hair, wore glasses and had a beer belly.
The man was wearing a blue t-shirt and blue shorts, a black bumbag and dark coloured shoes.
