SWIMMING: The prolific Amy Smith broke two county records as she stole the show for Wyre Forest over the last two weekends.

In a three-county competition at Gloucester, Smith broke her own Worcester county junior 50-metre freestyle record with a time of 27.01 seconds.

The teenager then smashed the county junior 50m backstroke record at the open 4x2 medley relay heats.

A Wyre Forest team won the girls trophy with the highest points score at the Worcestershire County Relay in Wolverhampton.

They also won the overall relay championship with the highest points total for both sexes and the top club shield.
