A COUNTY housing association has been celebrating its first year in its new head office.
Wyre Forest Community Housing marked its first year at its headquarters in Foley Grove, Kidderminster, by holding a Services Fair.
Tenant representatives, councillors and members of the local business community attended the event, held at the end of last month.
They were invited to view an exhibition from each of the departments within the company, under the banner Striving for Excellence.
Busy year
They also met with the members of staff who deliver the services.
"It has been a busy year for the company," said Chris Lewis, chairwoman of Wyre Forest Community Housing's board of management.
"And we are very proud of the progress we have made in both modernising our existing homes and developing partnerships to build new homes for the residents of the Wyre Forest District."
During the past year, the company has achieved a prestigious Charter Mark Award for its Responsive Repairs Service and has also had its Investors in People status renewed.
