CHEESE-lovers are being given a helping hand by Heart of England Fine Foods (HEFF) as part of Regional Food Week.
To celebrate the event, which runs until Friday, HEFF has launched a Regional Cheese Guide to help promote local dairies.
It is also launching the Savour the Flavour scheme, an initiative where Midlands farm shops sign up to retailing speciality fine foods from at least six local producers.
