BROMSGROVE RFC Colts were outclassed 57-0 at Worcester Colts.
It took Worcester only eight minutes last Saturday to unlock the Bromsgrove defence for a well worked try.
A penalty given against Peter Davies, allowed the hosts to carve out a converted score near the posts to lead 12-0.
Giving the ball away cheaply and scrappy play gifted Worcester four more first half tries.
The only highlights to come from the half were battling performances from Paul Pinfield and Fraser Higgins.
Bromsgrove restricted the hosts to three second half tries due to stout defending on the goal line and courageous tackles.
Although Worcester were by far the dominant side throughout the game, Bromsgrove can take some pride in the performance of Tom Crook, drafted in from the junior colts and Matt Williams returning to the squad at fly-half.
