MOTORSPORT: The Chiron Supersports car designed and built by Lower Broadheath engineer Henry Nickless made it three wins in succession at Snetterton.
Competing in the Dunlop National Supersports Championship, driver Chris Buncombe totally dominated qualifying and the race, lapping all competitors up to third in the race on the 1.925 mile track.
In qualifying he was a massive 1.3 seconds clear. Second to fourth places were covered by less than 0.1 of a second.
In the race he was 19 seconds clear of second place.
The Chiron Team plan to run a two car team in 2003.
