FORMER Kidderminster Harriers boss Jan Molby has denied that he has offered his resignation as manager of Hull City.
The former Liverpool star, whose struggling side lost 1-0 against Harriers at Aggborough last Saturday, said: "I can categorically deny 100 per cent that I have offered to resign as manager.
"Do I still expect to be manager by the end of the week? That's not a question for me. It's something you should be asking the chairman, but as far as I'm concerned I expect to be in charge on Saturday."
Molby is under pressure at Boothferry Park after a poor start to the season in which they have won only two Nationwide League Division Three games. It is now six months since the former Danish international was appointed in succession to Brian Little, but during that time his popularity has plummeted.
Speculation is already mounting over his possible successor, with Rotherham's Ronnie Moore, Bradford's Nicky Law and Scunthorpe's Brian Laws in the frame.
