Health and beauty chain Boots is looking for "high-calibre" Worcester jobseekers to work at its High Street store over Christmas.
The Nottingham-based retailer announced today it was recruiting 7,000 staff nationwide to keep seasonal sales on the boil.
Boots said it was likely many of the jobs could become permanent.
Christmas will be a crucial trading period for Boots after a year of change designed to "reinvigorate" the chain.
