As for the police and our local authority, they seem unable to act over any issue.
Prince Charles and Phillpott seem to have the right ideas so let's gives more power to the monarchy and petition Prince Charles to appoint Phillpott "Lord Worcester" backed by a strong police force.
My guess is that a lot of ordinary Worcester people would live happier, more secure lives once the place was clean, tidy and free of the drug-crazed yobs who presently terrify our old and vulnerable citizens.
A few less jumbo juggernauts wouldn't go amiss either - your Lordship!
