SCHOOLCHILDREN all over Worcestershire are getting to grips with the latest technology, thanks to supermarket giant Tesco.
Evesham and Kidderminster are just two of the areas where schools have benefited from Tesco Computer for Schools equipment and software.
St Barnabas CE School in Kidderminster and St Egwins CE School, Bengeworth First School and Simon De Montfort Middle School, all in Evesham, are just some of the groups who turned up to a special presentation.
Pupils were presented with their new equipment and software by Mid-Worcestershire MP Peter Luff in Tesco, Worcester Road, Evesham, on Friday, October 4.
Around £7m of Tesco Computer for Schools computer equipment, including 3,600 computers and 74,000 additional items of computer-related equipment have been donated to schools across Britain.
"This is the 11th consecutive year of Tesco Computer for Schools," said a spokeswoman for Tesco.
