PEOPLE who complain concerning cat and dog mess should take a walk along Worcester High Street pedestrian precinct.
One seat is covered with pigeons' and seagulls' droppings and so is the whole area around that seat.
The sight is stomach-churning and utterly disgusting.
When is the council going to do something about these "tree-rats?"
