KELLY Godfrey was on target again as Fairfield Villa Ladies beat league leaders Headless Cross 2-0.
Godfrey, top scorer last season, found the net on 20 minutes after beating two players to send a left foot effort home from the edge of the penalty area.
Headless Cross, who won 13-0 last week, were unable to break Villa down and were finished off five minutes from time when Mel Bunn scored her first of the campaign by chipping the goalkeeper from 25 yards.
Player of the match Kate Welch gave an outstanding display in marking league top scorer Mandy Ellicott out of the game.
Fairfield take on Kidderminster Harriers on Sunday, September 29.
