BUSINESS is booming in the Faithful City and developers are rushing to keep up with demand for prestige office accommodation.
Morris Property has completed its first phase refurbishment of an office building development, called Malvern Gate, in Bromwich Road, Worcester.
Under offer
Two office suites are already under offer at the development, situated on the old Severn Trent Water site, with a further four suites becoming available in the next few weeks.
The high-tech office accommodation is set in landscaped surroundings with car parking, neighbourhood facilities and security features.
A new planning application has also been made to develop further office accommodation at the site.
The Malvern Gate office development will be open to the public on Wednesday, September 25.
Visitors can view the complex, and light refreshments will be provided.
