MATT Clarke is good friends with former Bulls' striker Gavin Williams but for 90 minutes will be best of enemies for tonight's clash with Yeovil Town (7.45)

The Hereford United wing back will be aiming to make Williams' return to Edgar Street an unhappy one after his summer departure to the Glovers.

"It's no secret we were good friends and it was a shame to see him go but he went with everybody's best wishes," said Clarke.

"I'm looking forward to playing against him but if he comes near me I might have to kick him."

Yeovil's visit gives Hereford another chance to gauge their progress and after the physical approach of Chester on Saturday, Clarke is hoping the Bulls can return to playing football.

"It's two tough games against two of the better sides and will be a good indication of our own progress," said Clarke.

Physical

"To be fair I thought we were the better side against Chester but they were very physical.

"Yeovil have got a lot of young lads who are not as big which might allow us to play a bit more football than Chester who didn't give us much time or space to play."

Hereford have injury doubts over midfielder Paul Parry who missed the weekend game against Chester with an ankle problem.
