AN estimated £20,000 worth of CDs was stolen from a DJ after he finished his set in front of a packed Three Counties Showground audience.
His performance in front of the 10,000 visitors at the VW van festival finished on a sour note when more than 2,000 CDs were stolen.
The same DJ has provided the entertainment at the Malvern event for the past seven years, but when he finished Saturday night's show, two boxes containing the discs were stolen from the Severn suite.
A Dataman disco light worth £700 and a radio microphone were also stolen overnight, some time before 8.30am on Sunday, September 15.
Anyone with information about the discs, with many covers signed by the original artists, should call police on 01905 723888, quoting c/623502.
