ATHLETICS: Amazing Feet Running Club's Andy Norris ran the first Bournville Harriers 10km race in Birmingham on Sunday, recording a time of 44 minutes 31 seconds.
In probably the final Chepstow half-marathon, Matt Smith clocked one hour 43 minutes.
John Amos completed the Wolverhampton marathon the previous week, while Richard Baker tackled the Chesterfield half-marathon in hot weather.
Baker finished 184th out of 294 runners in a time of 1-48-48.
Lindsay Pulley ran a personal best of 23-52 in the Vic Musgrove fast 5km.
It was the fifth race in the annual Telford Sexarathon and with one left, Pulley is currently third over-60 male.
Baker also took part in the NP Autumnal 5 at Coventry, finishing 174th in 37-29.
