GEORGE Bush scraped through in the 2000 US Presidential elections in very suspicious circumstances.

He refuses European requests to do something on US air pollution and scrap illegal tariffs he places on EU Goods.

His Presidential campaign smacked of Isolationism and "putting America first" even if this was against world interests.

Now he has the audacity to ask the world to help the US over its intention to remove the leadership of Iraq, without any evidence of Iraqi wrong-doing or what he intends to replace it with.

He also wants the world to help the US in its fight to stop people and countries that do not like the US or its views on "democracy!"

He allows right-wing dictatorships to thrive, but attacks Islamic democracies like Iran.

His arrogance of staying away from the World Global Summit in South Africa, should tell everyone what to do with his pleas - and that is ignore them, until a proper President takes his place.

It should also tell us that the UK's future firmly belongs inside the EU.
