A LOT has been said lately about people disposing of dog mess properly, and I agree wholeheartedly that it's a common problem that needs to be addressed.
One thing that should be done as soon as possible is for the council to provide more of the special bins, not just in parks but all over the city.
I would like to suggest one is erected on Woodgreen Drive, between Cotswold Road and Hastings Drive, as soon as possible.
Then the person who thinks that they're responsibly disposing of their waste by bagging it, then throwing it out into the road, can dispose of it properly.
