A JUDGE warned a child molester he was in "a very serious position" after he pleaded guilty to sex offences at Worcester Crown Court.
Michael Ball, 49, of Spencer Street, Kidderminster, admitted having unlawful sex with a 14-year-old girl.
He also pleaded guilty to indecency with a child by getting her to perform a sex act on him.
The offences took place between May and July 2001.
Miss Samantha Powis, defending, said Ball changed his plea on the day he was due to stand trial after the girl's medical evidence had become available.
Granting him bail for a pre-sentence report, Judge Michael Mott said he must realise his position was serious.
