THREE Wyre Forest men facing tobacco smuggling charges have been remanded in custody for another month.
Wayne Cooper, 31, of Beaulieu Close, Kidderminster, John Jones, 24, of Sandy Lane, Stourport, and Oliver Delahay, 22, of Dunlin Drive, Kidderminster, will next appear at Torquay Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 1.
Along with Paul Western, 31, of Wolverhampton, they are charged with evasion of £56,800 of excise duty on 500 kilogrammes of hand-rolling tobacco.
They appeared via video-link at Torquay Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Bail applications for Delahay and Jones were refused.
The court heard the tobacco was found on the motor cruiser, Trio, moored off Galmpton on Sunday, August 25.
