BOATS of all shapes of and sizes will be on show this Saturday to light up Stourport Carnival.
Stourport Yacht Club is again organising two river parades - in the afternoon and evening - to add to the day's festivities.
About 25 craft, including narrowboats and ocean-going cruisers, are lined up to take part.
"It's one of the best attended and one of biggest river carnivals in the country," said club secretary David Buckley.
"We take four boats out front for the carnival queen, dignitaries, a band and our French guests from twin town Villeneuve-le-Roi. And there are prizes for the best-dressed, best-illuminated and best-themed boats."
Commentary on the flotilla will be provided from a boat moored near Stourport Bridge.
The afternoon parade starts at 4pm and the illuminated evening parade gets underway at 8.30pm.
The carnival's land parade gets underway at 12.30pm in Areley Kings and makes its way through the streets to the riverside where the fun starts at about 2pm.
