A JUDGE warned a child molester that he was in ''a very serious position'' after he pleaded guilty at Worcester Crown Court to two sex offences.
Michael Ball, aged 49, of Spencer Street, Kidderminster, admitted having unlawful sex with a 14-year-old girl.
He also pleaded guilty to indecency with a child by persuading her to perform a sex act on him.
The offences were committed between May and July last year.
Miss Samantha Powis, defending, said that Ball changed his plea on the day he was due to stand trial after the girl's medical evidence became available.
Granting Ball bail during the preparation of a pre-sentence report, Judge Michael Mott said he must realise that he was in a very serious position.
