TWO Redditch fish and chip shops are celebrating after being voted as two of the best in the Midlands and East Anglia regions.
Chunky's, in Lodge Park, and Winyates Chippy, in Winyates Centre, will now go through to the next stage of the 15th annual Fish and Chip Shop of the Year competition, organised by the Sea Fish Industry Authority.
They were placed in the top 10 after months of public voting and assessment by industry experts.
They will now have to wait to hear if they are in the last three for the regions and then one will be chosen to go head-to-head with seven regional finalists in London.
