THE body of a 40-year-man has been discovered at his home in Batchley.
Robert Walsh, of Sanders Close, was found dead by his friend at about 3.10pm last Wednesday.
The friend notified the ambulance service and the police were then contacted.
A Home Office pathologist carried out a post mortem last Thursday morning but the results were inconclusive and further tests are being carried out.
An inquest into Mr Walsh's death was due to be opened and adjourned yesterday.
Police say they are keeping an open mind into the death.
