BRITAIN'S exports are growing more strongly outside the Euro.
British trade with countries which have adopted the Euro went up 23 per cent in the last three years.
Countries in the Euro averaged just 19 per cent growth in trade with themselves.
These new figures from the OECD also show British exports to the rest of the world went up faster still, at 26 per cent.
This proves we don't need the Euro to compete in Europe. It also highlights that Britain is different. We do more of our trade with countries elsewhere.
So tying ourselves to a one-size-fits-all Euro interest rate would mean losing control of our economy and put our international trade at risk.
