HOCKEY: Stourport Hockey Club's season begins on Saturday, September 7, when the ladies have tough fixtures against Cannock.
The first and seconds entertain Cannock's second and thirds, while the thirds travel to play Cannock's fourth side.
Training sessions run from next Wednesday at the club's Kingsway pitches from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.
The junior section start their coaching at 6pm until 7.30pm the same evening.
Players of all ages and abilities are welcome to join the club.

Stourport can offer most girls and boys, aged between 12 and 15, hockey on Saturdays.
Two regular teams will play home and away against other Midlands clubs, following an initiative by Worcestershire County Hockey Association called Badgers hockey.
Representatives of the club are always available to discuss questions about child protection.
