DEALING with the everyday worries of his constituents is the aim of the Down Your Way initiative being introduced by Worcester MP Mike Foster.
The MP is determined to take politics to people's doorsteps - literally.
His roving surgeries are expected to last several months.
"I'll be spending the next few weeks, indeed months, knocking on people's doors up and down the city," said Mr Foster.
"By walking the streets of Worcester, I know that I'll be picking up on issues that matter to people, be it foreign policy towards Iraq or the need for decent street lighting in their neighbourhood."
He started his campaign in Kilbury Drive and plans to be in St John's and Warndon next week.
