A WARNDON teenager has appeared in court charged with vehicle interference and breaching an anti-social behaviour order.
The 14-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in Worcester's youth court yesterday.
He is accused of interfering with a Rover Metro car in Worcester on Monday, July 1.
The youth is also charged with breaching an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) by entering the grounds of a residential home in Warndon and throwing objects at vehicles.
The order imposed on Friday, August 9, by District Judge Philip Browning, banned the teenager from various public places around Warndon's Cranham Drive, including shops, council buildings and libraries.
He is accused of breaking the order on Monday, August 25.
He denies both charges.
He will return to court on Wednesday, September 4, for a trial date to be set for his alleged breach of his ASBO, and will face trial for the vehicle interference charge on Wednesday, September 18.
