A painting and sketching day will be held at Harvington Hall on Wednesday from 10am until 3pm.
There is no need to book in advance and each member can take a guest.
Friday, July 26 is the closing day for applications for tickets to the September 20 soiree at Hartlebury Castle.
The guest artistes, the boys of Worcester Cathedral Voluntary Choir, conducted by Daniel Phillips, will entertain with a mixture of sacred and secular music.
