A FIRM of Worcestershire solicitors is set to revolutionise the local property market in an imaginative venture aimed at making moving house simpler.
Parkinson Wright, which has offices in Worcester, Droitwich, Evesham and Pershore, has teamed up with national property marketing company Solicitors Property Shop (SPS).
They will offer homebuyers and sellers all the services they will need for their move under one roof.
Every aspect
The same team will handle every aspect of the transaction, including estate agency services and surveys as well as the legal paperwork.
"By joining forces with SPS we are bringing a new, added-value service to our clients," said David Wright, senior partner at Parkinson Wright.
"We already provide a wide range of legal services and have a considerable experience in domestic property conveyancing issues.
"The firm has a reputation for innovation and the addition of estate agency services seems a long overdue and natural progression."
As part of its SPS launch Parkinson Wright will be offering an inclusive estate agency fee of 1 per cent - including advertising but not VAT and expenses - for the first 50 properties it advertises for sale and free valuations on all properties.
