AS someone who is undecided over the issue of a common European currency, I find comments such as those made by D G Griffin (You Say, July 11) strange.

He suggests that, because Hitler backed the concept of a common European economy, pro-Europeans are hypocritical.

So, therefore, is it also the case that those that support efficient railways are hypocritical?

What about those who are vegans, just like some say Hitler was? Or those who breathe air, just like Hitler did?

Come on folks! I need more coherent, fact-based arguments to help me decide.
