A PILOT project to encourage people to Shop 'n' Read is being launched in Winyates on Saturday.
Redditch's mobile library service will be based at the Winyates branch of Safeway from 9.30am-noon.
The mobile library only previously stopped on weekdays and the Warwick Highway venue is also new.
The service will include books for loan, information, talking books, videos and children's books.
The mobile library service also visits areas including Astwood Bank, Batchley, Church Hill, Crabbs Cross, Feckenham, Inkberrow, Matchborough East and West, Oakenshaw, Webheath and Winyates on weekdays.
