WORCESTERSHIRE'S business leaders are being urged to make the short trip down to Solihull tomorrow for the launch of the West Midlands Business Watch Guide.
The Business Watch Guides are a free A5 colour publication, targeted at the business reader, and a seminar at Solihull's Marriott Hotel will detail all the business leaders need to know about the booklet.
Simple terms
They explain in simple terms how to protect a business, property and staff from the risk of crime.
Additionally they cover all aspects of risk assessment and management.
This year new topics covered include Internet and e-mail security.
The guides are produced in partnership with the home office and are in their fifth year of production.
To date they have been very well received by the business sector.
Speakers will include representatives of The Regional Crime Reduction - Home Office, Police, Chamber of Commerce and Local Government Association.
They will be addressing the issues of the partnership approach to crime reduction.
