SICK youngsters from Bromsgrove stranded in hospital can have their days brightened up thanks to a generous donation from a town firm.
Visitors to the Kingfisher children's ward, at Redditch's Alexandra Hospital, in Woodrow Drive, can now make the most of a farmyard complete with pigs, ducks and cows, thanks to a £100 donation from the West Bromwich Building Society.
Bromsgrove branch manager, Denise Bird, joined Redditch branch manager, Melanie Turner, at Redditch Town Hall when they handed over the gift during a West Bromwich Building Society Members Forum.
