STEVEN Spielberg's science fiction blockbuster Minority Report (12) is showing for a fortnight from today (Friday) at Malvern Cinema.
The film stars Tom Cruise as Detective John Anderton, a police officer in the year 2054, when law enforcement has access to a psychic technique which allows criminals to be arrested before they have committed a crime.
But the tables are turned when Anderton himself is precognitively accused of a murder, and he goes on the run to protest his innocence.
Minority Report is being screened daily at 7.30pm, except Sundays, when it is at 7pm. There are Saturday and Sunday matinees at 3pm.
