SKIING: Annual trips to the French Alps helped a school's pupils hone their skills and sweep to victory at the West Midlands Schools Championships.
The girls' U-10s team from Chaddesley Corbett's Winterfold House School were successful, while the boys' U-12s missed first place by one 100th of a second.
Katie Ollerhead was second in the U-8s individuals at Telford with Frankie Pioli winning the U-10s. Fiona McHugh and Lois Unitt were also competing.
