A MAN and a youth were arrested at about 5.31pm on Tuesday after police received a report of two men trying to break into a car at sewage treatment works in Beckford.
The pair were arrested on suspicion of attempted theft from a motor vehicle and criminal damage and were later charged.
They are due to appear before Worcester magistrates on Thursday, June 20.
