YOUNGSTERS who attended a Queen's Golden Jubilee activity morning at Bromsgrove Library got caught up in the spirit of the event even though the big official celebrations had taken place a few days earlier.
Jo Cox, assistant librarian at the Stratford Road branch, said the idea was for the youngsters to make jubilee keepsakes such as commemorative plates, crowns and streamers.
"They were really enthusiastic and produced some delightful work," she said.
