SERVICES offered by Wychavon District Council are now available at the touch of a button thanks to its expanded service centre.
Experts are now on hand to deal with queries at the first point of call. Inquiries for benefits, council tax, business rates and planning issues will be dealt with immediately.
"We know that most of our customers like to hear a friendly voice at the end of the telephone line which can help them at point of contact," said democratic services manager Amanda de Warr.
"We decided to provide dedicated telephone numbers for people to use, depending on the service they require."
The new numbers are:
- Planning inquiries - 01386 565565
- Benefits, council tax and business rates inquiries - 01386 565130
- Other inquiries - 01386 565000.
