A TAI Chi teacher took to Stourport Memorial Park at the weekend to raise awareness of the ancient martial art which has helped millions of people to learn to relax.
Bill Dancock, 58, of St David's Close, Stourport, took up Tai Chi 12 years ago after a knee disability left him unable to work as a carpenter.
"I reckon if I hadn't taken up Tai Chi I'd be in a wheelchair now," said Bill, who teaches Tai Chi Chuan at Stourport High School on Thursday evenings.
To promote a greater awareness of the practice, Bill demonstrated it in the park on Sunday morning .
Details are available from Mr Dancock on 01299 825865.
