Alun Michael, the Minister in charge of the proceedings, has left us in little doubt over his feelings by continually voting for a complete ban.
When he refused to hold the consultation in public, Mr Michael lost what little trust remained in his ability to reach an unbiased decision.
R H HAWKER, Malvern.
