A WORCESTER-based women's choir is facing the final curtain unless it finds a volunteer pianist to join the group.
The Redhill Ladies Choir, which has 16 members, is appealing for piano players with enough spare time to join the group which performs a variety of music including religious songs, songs from shows and even a Last Night of the Proms.
The women sing at church functions, over-60s clubs, weddings and old people's homes, as well as events such as the Worcester Carnival and Birmingham Military Tattoo.
The choir, which rehearses on a Thursday evening, was formed 16 years ago from the Townswomen's Guild.
Candidates will need to be available during afternoons for performances, as well as evenings and the occasional Saturday.
