A HEREFORDSHIRE business was under the spotlight recently when the Chartered Management Institute (Hereford and Worcester) held its meeting there.
The venue was the Hop Pocket Craft Centre in Bishop's Frome, this year's winner of the NFU's prestigious David Brown award.
Owner John Pudge was the speaker and shared with Worcestershire and Herefordshire managers the secrets of his success in diversification and change management.
The event was organised by Dr Christine Tootill, of Suckley-based Adessa Small Business Support Services.
"Everyone in a management role today is challenged constantly by the prospect and process of change and this is the key theme for our meetings this year," she said.
"Mr Pudge's expertise in spearheading and managing successful changes is an inspiration and an example to us all."
