A WORCESTERSHIRE law firm is celebrating the completion of a successful deal.
Morton Fisher Commercial has acted for a Leicestershire recruitment software consultancy which has been acquired by Jobs.co.uk plc
Peter Copsey, partner at Morton Fisher's Kidderminster office, led the team in the deal which saw AIM-listed Jobs.co.uk plc not only acquire the share capital of Morton Fisher Commercial client E-cruitnow Ltd, but also that of Halcyon Internet plc.
Under the deal, Peter Gold, formerly managing director of E-cruitnow Ltd, becomes chief executive of Jobs.co.uk plc.
Both E-cruitnow Ltd and Halcyon Internet plc provide internet-based recruitment software.
