CELEBRATIONS! Celebrations! Village celebrations start on Friday, May 24, when Holy Trinity Church host a concert with a 'Music for All' theme to launch their Patronal Festival weekend. Come and enjoy an evening of local talent. Adult tickets £4, children £2, family tickets £10 available on the door. Light refreshments will be served and the concert will start at 7.30pm. The following morning at 11am in the churchyard a coffee morning will include a plant stall and cake stall. All proceeds to church funds. We celebrate Trinity Sunday with a service at 11am followed by lunch. Why not make it a special day for your family and become part of the family of Bosbury church in their celebrations?

Our Jubilee celebrations start on Sunday, June 2, with Songs of Praise at 7pm followed by wine and nibbles. Our grand tea & fun activities will take place on the primary school playing field, commencing at 2pm. Have your decorated hat ready for judging by 2.15pm. The general events, including the garden flowers in a jam jar competition and the garden on a plate competition for the under-12s, will take place between 2.30pm and 3.30pm. At 3.30pm is our grand tea, after which we all gather on the banks of the River Leadon to cheer our favourite duck on its way to the winning post. The afternoon will conclude with the presentation of prizes and certificates. There will be an opportunity for you all to recover before taking the floor at the grand dance in the Parish Hall in the evening. Live music will be by the JDB Four from 7.30pm-11pm followed by One Wild Night Disco 11pm-1am. Licensed bar and ploughman's supper.
