NORTH Cotswold Young Cricketers enjoyed another successful weekend with wins for the club's Under-12 and Under-14 sides in the Junior League.
The former defeated Bredon by the massive margin of 81 runs after openers Andrew Fisher and Matt Goss rattled up 28 in a total of 284-1.
Fisher (3-1) then struck quickly with the ball and newcomer Alex Dancer (3-0) ripped through the middle order as Bredon tumbled to 203 all out.
Alvechurch posted 217-4 but the NCYC older boys closed on 243-4 with Alex Green and David Turner in good form.
Badsey's Under-12s rattled up 266-2 against Tanworth with Marcus Hump-ston's hard-hitting 23, he also hit 30 as the Under-13s won at Great Alne.
Christian Pearce then excelled with the ball taking four wickets as Tanworth managed a reply of 233-8.
