MAGISTRATES have imposed a three-month ban from the Cricketers' Arms, Lorne Street, Kidderminster, on a customer who punched another man in the face.
Michael Vickers was also ordered to pay £75 compensation and £69 costs. He was conditionally discharged for a year after he admitted assaulting David Hollyoak.
Vickers, 41, of Lea Street, Kidderminster, had no previous conviction for violence, his solicitor, Fergus Maxwell, told the court.
He had been back to the pub to apologise to the licensee.
