THE acclaimed West End production of The Woman in Black is coming to Malvern Theatres.
The play, adapted by Stephen Mallatratt from a novel by Susan Hill, is now in its 13th year in the West End and Malvern audiences will have the chance to see it between Monday, May 27 and Saturday, June 1.
The play tells the tale of a lawyer, Arthur Kipps, obsessed with a curse he believes has been cast over him and his family by the titular spectre of a woman in black.
He engages a young actor to tell his story and exorcise his fear, but the duo soon find themselves caught up in an eerie world where the borders between make-believe and reality begin to blur.
Tickets for the play at the Festival Theatre cost between £10 and £18 and are available from the Box Office on 01684 892277.
